About Your Technician


I am a “one man” operation by choice. And being a one man operation has it’s benefits. One of those benefits is savings.


Because I have no storefront to maintain, no inventory to stock, and no employees to pay, I have a very low overhead. And because of that, I can pass my savings on to you.


For example, if you look into pricing at some of the larger, corporate types of websites, you will notice that they charge mainly by the service that they perform. And those rates are very high compared to mine.


The national average is $100 per hour for computer service billing, it’s much higher in certain regions--$160 an hour in Manhattan, for instance. (Source: Entrepenuer.com)


I have a very strong work ethic and a flawless track record. And if I can’t fix your computer there is absolutely no charge, and no hard feelings on my part. I don’t feel that I should be paid for a job that has not been completed to my clients’ satisfaction.


I will also come back at no charge, as many times as it takes, to complete a repair that I had thought had been completed.


My rates - Right here in black and white.

Residential: I charge a flat hourly fee of $59 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge for residential customers.

(This rate includes as many computers, T.V.’s, Hard drives, questions, etc. that you need my assistance with. It is an hourly rate, and I can multi task. I am there to work for you.)


Small Business: I charge a flat hourly fee of $69 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge for small business customers.

(This rate applies to any small business whose computer system or network involves business related software. However, if your issues are not business related, and are more of a personal computer issue, I can work with you. I am a small business too.) ; )


Commercial: I charge a flat hourly fee of $79 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge for commercial customers.

(This rate applies to any business that utilizes any type of a server, or any business with more than 4 networked computers or workstations. This rate is generally for larger, commercial businesses.)


There is no travel charge for clients within a 10 mile radius. And since I market exclusively to Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, and Palm Beach Florida, this charge would most likely NOT apply to you. However, if you do live outside of my current no-charge travel zone, there is a $20.00 charge for travel.


Many computer repair facilities (even the large franchises) are not certified as a CompTIA A+ Authorized Service Center (ASC), or do not require their technicians to be CompTIA A+ Certified. So if you would like that extra assurance, my company and myself are the choice for you.


I am also a Apple Macintosh Certified Technician (ACMT), and have a vast knowledge of all Apple products and their operating systems..


I am currently offering computer repair services in the Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Juno Beach and Palm Beach Florida areas.
